Aeron Latham is a passionate creative and problem solver currently working as a Strategist at Highdive, the Chicago-based creative agency. A 2023 graduate of the University of Michigan and proud member of the 4A’s MAIP Fellowship Class of 2023, Aeron brings a unique blend of strategic insight and cultural fluency to the world of advertising. His early career spans music, sports, and culture through work with UnitedMasters + Translation, the Michigan Sport Business Conference, and more. With strong people skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to authentically connect with Gen Z audiences, Aeron continues to drive impact across both professional and entrepreneurial ventures.
